What does Scalar Tech Media actually do?
We’re a Mumbai-based agency that runs both marketing and technology under one roof — everything from SEO, social media, PR and advertising to website development, software builds and AI solutions. Most agencies do one or the other; we pair both so your campaigns and the tech behind them are built to work together.
How do we get started working together?
Book a free strategy call through the Contact page. We’ll ask about your goals, current channels, and budget, then come back with a proposed scope — no obligation to sign anything on that first call.
Do you work with businesses outside Mumbai?
Yes. While our office is in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, we work with clients across India and internationally — most of our work (campaigns, websites, reporting) is delivered remotely regardless of location.

How long before I see results?
It depends on the service. Paid promotions and PR can show early traction within weeks; SEO and organic growth are typically a 3–6 month build. We set expectations and milestones upfront during onboarding so there are no surprises.
Do you require long-term contracts?
We tailor engagement terms to the project — some services (like a website build) are one-time, others (like ongoing SEO or social management) work best as a retainer. We’ll walk you through what fits before you commit to anything.
How do you report on results?
You’ll get regular performance reporting tied to the metrics that actually matter for your goals — leads, traffic, rankings, engagement, or revenue, depending on the service.

Can I hire you for just one service, like a website, without ongoing marketing?
Yes — services can be scoped individually. Many clients start with one project (a website rebuild, for example) and expand into marketing once they see the technology side delivering.
Do you offer both traditional and digital advertising?
Yes. Alongside digital channels (SEO, social, paid, email/SMS), we also handle traditional placements — TV, radio, print, outdoor hoardings, cinema and airport advertising — for brands that need both.
